This agreement is between You and theDeveloper (Shivling Bhandare).JetBrains is not a party to this agreement and has no liability under it.
1. License grant
The Developer grants You a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to install and use the Plugin for personal or commercial purposes, free of charge, solely as distributed via JetBrains Marketplace or by the Developer.
2. Restrictions
Except to the extent required by applicable law, You may not:
- copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Plugin;
- modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin;
- create derivative works from the Plugin;
- remove or alter proprietary notices.
3. Source code
Source code of the Plugin is not licensed and is not provided. This is not an open-source license.
4. Third-party components
The Plugin may include third-party open-source components under their own licenses. See the Plugin’s NOTICE.txt for attributions. This EULA applies to the Plugin as distributed by the Developer, except where a third-party license expressly requires otherwise for that component alone.
5. Ownership
The Developer retains all title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Plugin (excluding third-party components).
6. Disclaimer of warranty
THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLUGIN. JETBRAINS’ LIABILITY IS EXCLUDED ENTIRELY AS JETBRAINS IS NOT A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT.
8. Updates
Updates may be provided at the Developer’s discretion. Continued use of an updated Plugin constitutes acceptance of the then-current EULA at this URL.
